Telephone and Zoom appointments are offered every day, Monday to Sunday, between 17:00 and 21:00 UK local time (Europe/London). This follows GMT in winter and British Summer Time in summer. Dates and exact times are subject to availability.

Request availability
Email the practice with your name, telephone number, consultation type and preferred date and time. Appointments are offered every day between 17:00 and 21:00 UK time, subject to availability. The practice provides a payment reference and booking terms.

Pay £100 by bank transfer
Once availability and the reference are supplied, review the cancellation and refund terms and transfer the fee to Ortopeym Limited’s Tide account. Keep your payment confirmation.

Receive your confirmed time
The practice verifies the bank transfer, then confirms the exact date and time. Your individual Zoom link is sent privately, or the practice confirms the telephone number to call.
Email links open your own email app. Please leave medical details out of the initial enquiry. An email request or bank transfer alone does not confirm an appointment. Bank transfers are checked by the practice; this route does not automatically verify payment or show live availability.
Bank transfer for appointments arranged by email
£100 for 10 minutes.
For an appointment arranged by email, request availability and your payment reference before transferring the fee. The practice verifies the bank transfer before confirming the slot. Do not make a second bank transfer for an appointment already paid online.

- Enter the reference supplied by the practice so your payment can be matched.
- Wait for confirmation of the exact time and your private joining or calling details.
This bank-transfer option does not process card payments. If your bank reports a payee-name mismatch, contact the practice before proceeding.
Before your appointment

For Zoom, use a camera, microphone and reliable internet connection. Keep your joining link private. For telephone, make sure the practice has the number on which you can be reached.
A remote consultation may need to be followed by examination, imaging or an in-person appointment. Any next step and its fee will be discussed with you.
For urgent or emergency symptoms, use the appropriate urgent care service.
Physical consultations
Physical consultations remain £250 at Huddersfield Private Hospital. They are arranged through the hospital self-pay team: huddersfield.selfpay@circlehealthgroup.co.uk.
