A fair approach
Authenticity, privacy & publication.
Feedback helps the practice learn. Providing feedback is optional and does not affect your care. This page receives private messages; it is not an open public review board and does not calculate a patient star rating.
Check experience, not satisfaction
Positive, mixed and negative experiences are considered on the same basis. A low rating or criticism alone is not a reason to reject feedback. A name that is not immediately recognised does not by itself make a review false; someone may have made an enquiry or be writing as a representative.
Before any future patient-review publication
A review described as “verified patient” would require a private check of attendance with the practice or relevant hospital, followed by separate, explicit permission to publish the agreed wording and attribution. Checking attendance does not independently prove every clinical statement or treatment outcome. This page does not provide automatic attendance verification.
Do not send identification documents or clinical records to prove attendance through this form. If clarification is needed, the practice can arrange an appropriate private route. Any future selected testimonials must be identified as a selection, rather than a complete or representative account of all feedback.
Moderation applies equally to all feedback
Any future public feedback must be screened consistently for fabricated experiences, spam, duplicates, conflicts of interest, threats, abuse and unrelated material. Personal or clinical details must not be published without appropriate permission. Relevant, genuine criticism should not be excluded simply because it is negative. No payment, discount or benefit is offered for reviews.
To question an authenticity decision, correct a factual error, report a suspected fake review or withdraw permission for a testimonial on this website, contact the practice privately using the form above. This practice cannot remove a review hosted by Google; Google decides removal requests under its own policies.
Google reviews are a separate choice
A Google review is public and is managed by Google. It must reflect a genuine experience with the business. Google does not offer this practice an appointment-verification or pre-publication approval control. Choosing private feedback does not prevent anyone from leaving a genuine public review, whether positive or negative.
For a care-specific review, use the correct consultant or practice listing. A hospital’s overall Google rating should not be presented as this consultant’s personal patient rating. The practice’s direct Google review link has not yet been confirmed on this website.
